2. Admission Eligibility
a. For research-oriented programs: Applicants must have obtained a bachelor’s degree or be eligible for bachelor’s degree recognition (or an equivalent or higher qualification) in the same major, a related major, or a different major, with a minimum classification of Good, or possess relevant scientific publications related to the intended field of study and research.
b. For application-oriented programs: Applicants must have obtained a bachelor’s degree or be eligible for bachelor’s degree recognition (or an equivalent or higher qualification) in the same major, a related major, or a different major (no work experience requirement for applicants graduating from the same or related majors).
c. Current undergraduate students of Van Hien University whose cumulative GPA is classified as Good or higher may register in advance for selected courses of the Master’s programs.
d. Applicants graduating from related or different majors are required to complete supplementary knowledge courses prior to admission consideration.
e. Applicants must satisfy one of the following foreign language proficiency requirements:
- Holding a bachelor’s degree or higher in a foreign language major; or holding a bachelor’s degree or higher where the program is delivered primarily in a foreign language.
- Possessing a foreign language proficiency certificate equivalent to Level 3 or higher according to the Vietnamese 6-level Foreign Language Competency Framework, issued by Van Hien University (as specified in Appendix II).
- Holding one of the foreign language degrees or certificates equivalent to Level 3 or higher under the Vietnamese 6-level framework or other equivalent certificates recognized by the Ministry of Education and Training, valid as of the application date.
- International applicants enrolling in Master’s programs taught in Vietnamese must achieve Vietnamese proficiency at Level 4 or higher under the Vietnamese Language Competency Framework for Foreigners, or have graduated from a bachelor’s degree program (or equivalent or higher) taught in Vietnamese.
Note: Applicants who do not meet the above foreign language requirements must participate in the foreign language proficiency assessment test organized by the University in accordance with regulations.
3. Application Timeline and Venue
a. Application submission period:
- Applicants graduating from related or different majors: until March 15, 2026.
- Applicants graduating from the same major: until March 31, 2026.
- Expected period for supplementary knowledge courses: March 16, 2026 – April 6, 2026.
- Expected admission evaluation date: April 15, 2026.
b. Foreign language proficiency assessment:
- Tentative test date: March 20, 2026.

4. Training Plan and Institutional Support
a. Mode of study: Full-time, on-campus.
b. Expected duration: 1.5 years for application-oriented programs and 2.0 years for research-oriented programs.
c. Class schedule: Monday to Friday evenings; full day on Saturdays and Sundays
(Morning: 07:30–11:50; Afternoon: 13:00–17:20; Evening: 18:00–21:30).
d. Classrooms are fully air-conditioned and equipped with modern teaching and learning facilities.
e. A carefully selected faculty team with strong academic reputation, dedication, and extensive experience; guest lecturers from prestigious universities are also invited.
f. Flexible credit-based training programs.
