On February 1, 2026, Van Hien University convened the Master’s Thesis/Project Proposal Defense Council for graduate students in the field of Psychology.
During the presentation session, the candidates delivered their research proposals in a systematic and logical manner, clearly articulating the theoretical framework, literature review, research objectives and questions, research subjects and scope, methodology, and the proposed structure of the thesis/project.
The Academic Council consisted of reputable lecturers and researchers from Van Hien University, Nguyen Tat Thanh University, and Saigon University. Following a rigorous review of each proposal, the Council provided detailed evaluations, critical feedback, and scholarly recommendations. The comments focused on clarifying research gaps, assessing the scientific and practical significance of the topics, evaluating the relevance and currency of the referenced literature, and ensuring alignment among the research objectives, methodology, and research design. The Council also offered specific guidance to assist candidates in revising and refining their proposals to ensure coherence, feasibility, and consistency with the stated research objectives.
The Council acknowledged and highly appreciated the candidates’ serious commitment, intellectual openness, and strong sense of responsibility in engaging with academic feedback and refining their research directions.
